**SENIOR GENERATION ELECTRICAL ENGINEER**
**Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:**
POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Generation Electrical Engineer to work in our Generation Electrical Department in our Boise, Idaho, and Oradell, NJ offices.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Lead Electrical Engineer on design of Power Generation Facilities, and Renewable and Federal Facilities
+ Mentor and teach junior engineers
+ Project Proposal and Budget development
+ Business Development
**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
+ Electrical PE License
+ 15-20 years of electrical engineering experience in Generating Facilities
**Desired Education/Experience**
+ Master of Science or MBA
+ Previous experience leading a group of engineers
+ Onsite construction support experience
