Crescent Bank is looking for anItems Processing Specialist. This position will collaborate with internal customers to perform accurate and timely tasks associated with items processing, adjustments, and outgoing cash letters. To provide the highest level of service with all related and unrelated assigned functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and retaining internal customer and vendor relationships


• Promote positive and professional image of bank in community


• Maintaining an ethical and professional behavior at all times


• Maintaining a professional image.


• Responding timely and efficiently to internal customer concerns or complaints


• Resolving internal customer and vendor issues with diplomacy and tact


• Maintain compliancy with State and Federal laws


• Adhering to policies, procedures, and protocols

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience or similar working with debits and credits


• Proficient with 10 key data entry


• Exposure with Quality Assurance and Quality Control measures


• High School Diploma


• Possess expert understanding of banking technology, the Internet,


• third-party software solutions, banking products and financial services


• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Adobe


• Display excellent initiative and organizational skills


• Deliver excellent written and verbal communications skills


• Independent and motivated individual who requires little supervision


• Works with an ethical practice and is solution oriented


• Strong interpersonal skills, and determination are essential characteristics
