Friendship Senior Options is currently hiring for a Full-time Administrator at our GreenFields Geneva location. The Administrator of Briarwood Healthcare Center plans, organizes, directs and coordinates the resources and finances available to best meet the needs of the residents in Briarwood Healthcare Center and administers all aspects of the Assisted Living program inclusive of resident service levels, family communication, and staffing needs. The Administrator is responsible for the strategic planning, regulatory compliance, operations and financial performance of both skilled care and assisted living. Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License. Bachelors Degree in any relevant field preferred. A minimum of 3 years skilled nursing facility experience required.
