A hospital in North Carolina is actively seeking an Administrative Nursing House Supervisor to oversee operational workflow throughout the facility.

The Administrative Nursing House Supervisor will work for a fully accredited acute care hospital known for offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient specialties within their 200+ bed community medical center. This full-service regional hospital primarily services people from the north central areas of North Carolina and the southside of Virginia. The day-shift Administrative Nursing House Supervisor will work in tandem with the CNO to manage nursing operations throughout the hospital.Primary responsibilities include bed management and ensuring proper staffing coverage throughout the different departments. When Nursing Directors are absent, the Administrative Nursing House Supervisor will step in as the acting leader of the department with responsibilities that may include staff scheduling, problem solving, conflict resolution, and education.

The Administrative Nursing House Supervisor must hold an active RN license, be up to date with their clinical skills, and knowledge on best practices and techniques, and ideally offer previous management experience in operations, program management or serving as a nursing leader within an inpatient hospital setting.
