Position Description

A well-known and financially solvent health care organization is looking to hire an Administrator / CEO fortheir San Francisco Bay Area Ambulatory Surgery Center. This position has come open due to the previous Admin. relocating out of the area. The team at this busy outpatient surgery center have great tenure overall and they are very strong clinically.

The ASCAdministrator / CEOwill oversee a surgery center that has five operating rooms and they just added additional post-op beds. The Administrator will be proud to work for a reputable organization that operates hundreds of ambulatory surgery centers throughout the United States. This company is experiencing impressive growth and with that comes room for regional advancement in the future. Many of the facilities associated with this organization have been awarded the "Center of Excellence" designation and routinely rank high in patient safety and satisfaction measured via HCAHPS.

The CEOwill work very closely with respected physicians that provide the following surgical specialties: general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ear / nose / throat, pain management, spine, sports medicine and total joint replacements. As technologies change and outpatient surgery centers evolve, the Administrator will work with the MDs to expand surgical offerings and grow the business. An experienced Surgery Center Administrator with CASC credentials will have a smooth transition into this role.

This Ambulatory Surgery Center is located in a beautiful Bay Area neighborhood. This area is easily accessible via mass transit or standard commuting via car. The Administrator/ CEOwill be able to find numerous family friend neighborhoods to call home. A short drive will place the Surgery Center Administrator in the relaxing wine country of Napa and SonomaCounty. Similarly, a short drive the other way, can have the CEOhiking in renowned Yosemite National Forest.

This position will be supported with great compensation and up to a 20% bonus.
