Quality Complete equipment/process capability studies and analyze data Lead Gage R&Rs Studies, update matrix Learn basic gauging techniques Develop standard work as needed, kaizen events, Complete Process Audits Implement other projects as necessary Lean Assist with Kaizen events as needed. Assist with 2P events as needed. Generate standard work instructions Conduct time studies Facilitate daily communication & monthly metric reporting for layered audit system Assist with execution of 5s plan Participate in HPT's.
